Sarah Alwasseif was awarded the Arab Prize in Fine Arts in 2018 for her artwork The Egyptian Farmers. She was awarded a sponsorship in the XIV International Exlibris Competition "Ex Libris – Ex litter" in Ruse 2018 for her work The Carrier Pigeon. She received an award in the International Art and Design Competition 2019 (Italy) for her work Men in the Desert. She has participated in many international and local art shows.
